About

The company RIVETEC was founded in the Czech town of Albrechtice in 1994 and since 2000 has been part of the TITGEMEYER Group and today has its headquarters in Pisek. In 2019, the company was renamed from Rivetec to Titgemeyer Tools & Automation.

Main activities of Titgemeyer Tools & Automation is: 

  • Development and production of professional riveting tools with process control including data storage
  • Development and production of Professional hydropneumatic, electrohydraulic and manual riveting tools for all types of rivets for all purposes 
  • Development, production and sale of automatic riveting systém
  • Development, production and sale of single purpose automatic working stations and production lines based to individual client requirements

We have our own design department CAD/CAM, CNC machines for precision machining, CNC thermoplastic injection moulding and assembly lines.

To all our clients we provide top quality products and service – we are approved by ISO 9001 certificate. Our products tested to use CE and GS-TÜV marks.

To complete our product range we sell also products of German company D. Friedrich GmbH & Co. KG Niettechnik und Montagesysteme,which is producing riveting units for installing of full rivets, hollow rivets and semi hollow rivets. From year 2006 we are distributing their products on Czech and Slovak market.

Our export activities include markets within European Union as well as Russia and overseas. Our customers are mostly car manufactures and their suppliers, companies from engineering industry, construction and others.

For all our products we offer full technical support including service, training and consulting. Thanks to team of our workers from development, manufacturing, sales, technical and service department we are able to successfully solve individual needs our customers.
