Riveting workstation for shearing, blind and two-part rivets

Key specializations of Titgemeyer Tools & Automation are our riveting machines and riveting lines for the placement of one-sided standard rivets, blind rivets, two-part rivets (lockbolts), and machines combining further rivet and other assembly operations.

Riveting components used in these workstations consist of driving units and riveting heads. These heads can be completed with a sensor for counting torn rivets. More sophisticated systems use an electronic system to control the whole working process including the evaluation of data storage.

A special feature is the manual pneumatic riveting tools, which are installed on simple assembly workstations.

We design and produce the workstations as whole, independent blocks or we can easily build riveting components into the client’s existing workstation.
