Technical Support Specialist We are currently looking for a new colleague for the position:
Your job will be:
- Setting up and implementing riveting technology products – manual riveting tools, automatic riveting systems for industry
- Testing customer applications and designing appropriate solutions
- Technical customer support in the field of riveting technology – online and at customers' premises, including abroad
- Technical support from colleagues in the field of riveting technology
- Finding technical solutions to customer complaints
We expect from you:
- Secondary school or university education - specialization in electrical or mechanical engineering is an advantage, also suitable for graduates
- Knowledge of English – ability to negotiate a condition
- Enthusiasm for technology, new technologies and innovations, electronics, software systems
- Analytical skills and ability to find technical solutions, Willingness to continuously learn
- Willingness to travel, including abroad, Driving license category B
