Technical Support Specialist We are currently looking for a new colleague for the position:

Your job will be:

  • Setting up and implementing riveting technology products – manual riveting tools, automatic riveting systems for industry
  • Testing customer applications and designing appropriate solutions
  • Technical customer support in the field of riveting technology – online and at customers' premises, including abroad
  • Technical support from colleagues in the field of riveting technology
  • Finding technical solutions to customer complaints

We expect from you:

  • Secondary school or university education - specialization in electrical or mechanical engineering is an advantage, also suitable for graduates
  • Knowledge of English – ability to negotiate a condition
  • Enthusiasm for technology, new technologies and innovations, electronics, software systems
  • Analytical skills and ability to find technical solutions, Willingness to continuously learn
  • Willingness to travel, including abroad, Driving license category B
