What is accreditation?
ISO 45001:2018 specifies the requirements for an occupational health and safety management system (OHSAS) and provides guidance on how it is to be used so as to enable organisations to create safe and healthy workplaces by preventing work-related injuries and illnesses and pro-actively enhancing its OHSAS performance.
ISO 45001:2018 can be applied in every organisation that seeks to implement and maintain an OHSAS management system so as to improve health and safety in the workplace, eliminate dangers and minimise OHSAS risks (including system defects), utilise OHSAS opportunities, and address OHSAS management system nonconformities associated with its activities.
